Immobilia Real Estate Solutions is a property consultancy company born from the fusion of professionality and solid know-how in the real estate sector with proven experience accumulated over several decades of business.
Our aim is to satisfy all our customers’ needs and offer a range of services that respond effectively to a dynamic, professional and quality-driven market.
Immobilia was founded in 1998 on the initiative of a group of real estate professionals who, having accumulated many years of experience in the sector, decided to join their forces and create a new structure that would break with the past and be based on new criteria, in order to offer the customer a much more specialised service than in the past. The coming together of these people with their difference experiences, and a careful analysis of the future of the real estate market, has created a company that is able to respond to the demands of the contemporary real estate market, keeps ahead of the times and is an innovator in the field.
In July 2006, Immobilia became a Holding Company in order to improve its business synergy in terms of investment and to offer services that would be ever more professional and in line with the demands of a fast-growing and finely balanced market.
Forming the Group allowed the company to separate the different lines of business, meaning that each sector can now focus more closely on the details of each operation it is involved in and create partnerships with economically important local organisations.
